✅ Refund eligibility conditions

You can request a return or exchange of the product in the following cases:

  • The product is broken/damaged, defective, or the wrong product.
  • The product is incomplete (e.g., missing parts or accessories).
  • The product does not match the description given on the website.

🕒 Return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

📋 Return conditions:

  • For returns, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Include the invoice or order number.
  • All accessories, tags, manuals, and free items must be returned.

❌ Products that are not eligible for return

  • Products damaged by use or neglect.
  • Food, cosmetics and personal care products (unless defective).
  • Sale or clearance products are not eligible for returns, unless the product is faulty.

💸 Refund Process

After we review the returned product:

  • If eligible for return, the refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method or ShopSmama wallet, as per your choice.

📢 Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless there is a fault with the product on Shopsmama’s part.

🔁 Return and change process

  • Contact our customer service within 3 days of delivery
  • Send the order number, problem description and photos as proof.

📌 Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. However, once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
