Return Eligibility

  • You request the return within 3 days of receiving the product

Note: Certain items like batteries, cables, or opened accessories may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are physically damaged after delivery
  • Items that show signs of use or tampering
  • Products purchased during special sales (unless defective)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Our support team will verify and guide you through the return process.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes our quality check.
  • Refunds may take 7 – 15 working days to reflect in your account, depending on the payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via mobile banking or bank transfer.

Exchange Option

If the product is available in stock, we can offer a replacement instead of a refund—based on your preference.
